I’ve been a freelance writer, journalist, and editor for more than 10 years. Perhaps you’ve seen me around. My work has been published by Romper, Cosmopolitan, Dictionary.com, Yahoo Parents, and many more outlets. I’ve also served as a deputy editor for Scary Mommy, the senior parenting editor at CafeMom, and most recently, as a contributing editor at Care.com.

I’ve lived all over the country, but I currently reside in Omaha, Nebraska. When I’m not writing and editing for my day job, I’m hard at work writing my first romance novel. Words and stories are what I live for, and my greatest passion is connecting to others through stories of all kinds.
